Obituary
Ms. Tracey Annette Adams, age 44, was born on November 16, 1972, in Houston, Texas, to Darnell Grantham & Carolyn Wade. Tracey grew up on Houston’s Southside then, moved to Humble and attended Mt. Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. She also attended Humble High School and graduated c/o 1991, University of Phoenix, and The Human Resource Management Program. She received a Humanitarian Award from Profound Partners Empowerment Center, Inc. and Top Fundraising Campaigner. Her greatest achievements was receiving the Presidents Volunteer Service Award, President Obama 2014, and she Volunteered for the National Kidney Foundation (2012-2014). Tracey worked in the HR and Payroll Management at Fortune 500 Companies, Hewitt, Sterling Bank, and Avis Rental Car Inc.
In 2014, Tracey, her son; Jaden, and her mother moved to Rosenberg, Texas, in Fort Bend County, to be near Nanny (Aunt Joyce Love). She was very family oriented and loved her family to life. Tracey was very heartbroken when the family’s ROCK MADEA (Thelma Burleson), passed away in 1992. Her son Jaden was her all and she sacrificed everything for her son.
Tracey was preceded in death by her step-father; Tommy Wade, Grandparents; Thelma Burleson, Iradean Henderson, and Ben Rush Adams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her son; Jaden Adams, parents; Carolyn Wade and Darnell Grantham, Siblings; Darnell Grantham Jr., ( LaShanda) and Ian Grantham.
